Campari is a contemporary and charismatic classic drink. The recipe, which has remained unchanged, originated in Novara Italy in 1860 and is the base for some of the most famous cocktails around the world, such as Negroni and Americano. Long Description
Kingston 62 offers the traditional Jamaica rum taste and quality, with the same original Appleton Special & White recipe developed in the 1940s.
A blend of four rums, distilled in both pot and column stills, with the oldest marque rum aged up to seven years in oak barrels. Medium-bodied, with a honey aroma and flavours of vibrant citrus, spice and warm molasses.
Made at the Appleton Estate Distillery and crafted with adherence to the highest standards of rum production. Using non-GMO Molasses & Yeast, distillation with only Jamaican limestone filtered water, Kingston 62 is then barrel aged in the tropical climate of Jamaica and bottled locally with no additives to influence the taste or aroma.

Appleton Estate, located deep in the middle of Jamaica’s lush Nassau Valley, began perfecting complex rum-making over 270 years ago.
Our critically acclaimed rums are created by the environment, ingredients, and practices that are unique to our Estate. Our terroir, with its ideal climate, fertile soil and topography, the natural limestone spring that supplies our water for fermentation, through to distillation, strict minimum tropical ageing standards and artful blending all combine to produce sumptuous rums with complex flavors and aromas.
APREROL
Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in color it has a unique bitter-sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. An infusion of precious primary components, many herbs and roots in a perfectly balanced combination. Aperol’s strength is its low alcohol content, only 11%.

In 1825, John Wray (J. Wray) opened The Shakespeare Tavern, a bar in the busy seaport of Kingston Jamaica, next to the popular Kingston Theatre. J.
